Shelmerdines are a multidiscipline professional engineering consultancy specialising in mechanical and electrical building services.
Our new office is conveniently situated at Level 5, 174 Pacific Highway, Greenwich, providing easy access for our clients and team members. Founded by Eric Shelmerdine and John Quinlan in 1974, our practice now boasts a dedicated team of approximately 20 engineers and support staff.
Since inception, Shelmerdines have designed, documented and supervised services for a wide variety of public and commercial projects ranging from Hospitals, Schools, Aged Care and other institutional buildings through to industrial, residential, retail and high rise commercial office buildings.
Our method of project delivery is unique in that a Director or Associate is involved in all stages and aspects of every project. This has ensured over the years a level of competency and Client satisfaction we believe is unmatched throughout the consultancy industry
